Yes—free. We assess the issue and give a no-obligation quote.

Do you give free termite inspections?
Yes for basic checks. For an official WDI report (for mortgages), it’s $299.

Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes.

Yes—if you call before 12 pm, we can usually come the same day.
